So I feel like ever since winning the Super Bowl, the Saints have encountered some bad luck against NFC West teams.  They lost to the Rams earlier this season, remember?

Last year, they lost to a menial Cardinals team whose starting quarterback was then rookie Max Hall.  The same year, they edged out a considerably inferior 49ers team by a tipped field goal that still, luckily, went in. 

And who could forget the defending champions losing to the Seahawks, who everybody bashed on for making it to the playoffs with a losing record, in the Wild Card round in 2010?

Out of 9 total losses (regular season and playoffs) from this year and last, 3 of the losses were from each of the NFC West teams, except the 49ers who came close. 

So is it the 49ers’ time to fulfill our division’s conquest of the cajun kids of New Orleans on Saturday the 14th?  I would say yes it is, because really, who’s got it better than us?
